Tracy has qualifications in youth work, training & assessing and drug & alcohol work, and is currently studying criminology and criminal justice.  Having had several years working in the not for profit and local government sectors she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PartnerCall

Her responsibilities include providing training to external clients, development and delivery of school based programs, management and supervision of all internal Learning & Development and consultancy to a wide range of clients.

One of Tracy's most recent projects, whilst at City of Casey, was the development of a DVD, Todd's Story, in conjunction with Victoria Police which will be used to educate local teenagers through schools and sporting organisations, with regard to making appropriate choices, alcohol use, drink driving and the effects that these issues have on the community as a whole.

Tracy is an engaging presenter who has the ability to capture the interests of a wide range of audiences from Primary School students through to professionals.

Tracy has strong ties with her community and has volunteered at schools, kindergartens and sporting clubs for many years.  She is also a member of the Southern Health Community Advisory Committee.
